Current openings
Jet-Ten LLC is looking for a Captain to fly our fleet of 5 Citation 650s. We are a growing Part 135 operation looking for pilots to grow with us. Ideal candidates will have an ATP and at least 3000 hours TT. This position requires successful candidates to work as team members in a crew environment. Successful candidates will be safety-oriented, possess strong leadership skills, and emphasize superior customer service.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Work to ensure safety is never compromised, working with the safety manager
- Greet customers in a friendly, professional manner. Develop a rapport with aircraft owners and passengers
- Inspect aircraft for cleanliness and upkeep prior to customer arrival
- Communicate often and in a timely fashion in person, by phone, and by email. Advise flight ops of customer preferences
- Must have knowledge of applicable regulations and operating rules, and maintain technical knowledge, skills, and competency by continuing education and practice
- Operate the aircraft within safety and compliance restraints including negotiating fuel rates with FBO’s and use company resources in order to keep wastefulness at a minimum
Requirements
- Airline Transport Pilot Certificate
- First Class Medical
- 3,000 hours Total Time
- 1,500 hours Pilot in Command
- 1,000 Multi-Engine Land
- 1,000 Turbine
- Citation 650 or Similar Type Rating and Experience

The primary function of the Flight Dispatcher is to book, coordinate, and track all flights and ensure that the flight team is notified in a timely manner of each flight assignment.
Reporting
This position currently reports to the Directions of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Booking owner trip request
- Assisting with charter sales and customer service
- Scheduling qualified pilots and eligible personnel with airworthy aircraft to accomplish the transportation request
- Booking hotels and airfare for customers/pilots
- Tracking all flights using the Jet-Ten flight tracking tools, including Airplane Manager, Flight Aware, etc.
- Informing the ground transportation company of the time the flight will arrive, where to meet the aircraft, and any special information noted in Airplane Manager trip scheduling and flight tracking software
- Contacting Flight Operations with any flight related problems and/or unusual circumstances
Experience
- A minimum of five years of experience in Part 135 flight coordinating and tracking
- Familiarity with Part 91 and Part 135 FAA regulations
Skills
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to identify and define issues and develop solutions
- Capable of leading meetings and generating cooperation with co-workers
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to develop and follow a process
- Detail-oriented with aptitude for data
- Demonstrated technical skills including flight operations software, Microsoft Office products and online systems
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work/life experience
- FAA Airline Dispatch Certificate Required

The Line Service Technician provides basis service to the aircraft such as marshaling, towing, fueling as required, changing lavatory fluids, replenishing ice, water, and papers. They must have a professional demeanor and excellent communication skills interacting with customers, receiving instructions, confirming details, assisting with baggage, etc., experience working outdoors with heavy equipment, experience providing quality customer service, and the ability to work flexible hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Marshaling aircraft through arrivals and departures, moving aircraft
- Providing basic service for aircraft, e.g., fuel, oil, lavatory, water, etc.
- Driving vehicles in areas congested with moving and stationary aircraft, vehicles, and equipment
- Transporting clients
- Greeting pilots, passengers, and crew members
- Assist with customer service duties, as needed
- Interior cleaning of aircraft, i.e., sanitize and wipe down interior, vacuum, etc.
- Restock aircraft prior to departures, i.e. paper products, ice, snacks, special request items, etc.
- Ensure hangars, tarmac, and client areas are kept clean and orderly
- Perform minor vehicle and ground support equipment periodic maintenance and service
- Ensuring a safe environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations
- Provide a daily status of aircraft locations and conditions, i.e., pre and post trip checklist complete, etc.
- Participate in company FOD awareness program
- Other duties as assigned by Manager
Experience
- One year of line service experience, preferred
Skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to tow aircraft and follow safety protocols
- Excellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to develop and follow a process
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs, i.e., luggage, golf clubs, etc.
